Primrose Evening oil, used during intrcourse?

At 35-36 weeks is it safe for me to use Primrose Evening oil?

Also, My hubby mentioned maybe we could use it during Sex?

Is it safe to do that? I know some woman say it's hard to reach the cervix, and I wouldn't feel comfy trying...

ETA ~ YES! They do help thin out the cervix which is more important than the dilation itself because dilation can stall with a thick cervix! Cerivx has to be thin for dilation to continue!
Reply:I doubt it would be good with intercourse. What I did was insert a couple capsules at bedtime each night. They are filled with liquid and will dissolve and do their thing as you sleep.
Reply:I took EPO 2 months before I conceived to help produce better quality CM. When it came time that I ovulated, I was instructed to stop as EPO can cause miscarriages. I'd assume this would happen for inducing labor as well but I'd so totally ask your doctor because you don't want to do anything to harm you or your baby!!! I've never heard of using it topically as I was taking the vitamin. Like I said, if you're on here asking, you should be on the phone with your doctor asking.
Reply:Yes it's safe, but maybe messy. you can also take it orally for the benefit of softening the cervix as well. You are early enough to take it for a good amount of time to allow it to benefit you
