Vegetarian questions?
Try peta.org or peta2.org. Peta2.org is a better site for teens. Your daughter can get her stuff from there. There's bags, t-shirts, and many other stuff she/you can get. There's a lot of stuff she can do to help other animals. They also give some free stuff (like stickers and pamhplets) and have lots of recipes there. They also try to encourage people against animal cruelty. I got a free dvd from them and stuff. Good luck! Peta has a reward system which when your daughter joins and she starts becoming active, she can get free stuff. She can also order a vegan/vegetarian kit and she can get other things monthly too.
Reply:peta.co.uk have some great t- shirts, and you can get vegetarian (gelatine free) supplements for your daughter from vertesse, don't trick her into eating meat extracts, she won't like you for it. She's be horrified if she knew, if she's really serious, support her. It's a great lifestyle choice, and very sensible in diet for a growing teenager. She won't miss out on any essential nutrients and is showing a great social maturity - you should be proud of her!!!!!!
Reply:PETA has a uk site that gives free stuff supporting vegetariansim. also, they have shirts and items that support the cause!

hope that helps!
Reply:Check out peta2's UK site, they may have some shirts.

Just go to a local food store and ask if they have any vegetarian supplements. There are a lot that are specially formulated for teens.
Reply:i went vegetarian about the same time your daughter did, i've been one for two years. Try children's vitamins, they will do the same and since most of them are chewable they don't have the coating, but watch for gelatin. try taking her to a dietician if you have trouble finding some, because they can reccomend vitamins and even recipes, etc. Peta2, if a bit radical, has some free things you can get, such as stickers and you can earn points for things like t-shirts, hoodies, and backpacks, plus they have a merch site so you can buy shirts and things there. They're not necessarily funny, but you might have more luck getting your questions answered on their message boards, since many of the people there have been vegetarian for a long time
Reply:Hemp and Flax seed oils are good sources of omega 3 and are vegan. Watch the evening primrose. They can cause migraines.

There are TONS of UK t-shirt sites online. I find all the best ones in the UK. Just search.
