Spicy Pizza and iducing labor?

I asked already but the answers aren't what I'm looking for. Does eating spicy pizza really work. I was ordered by my doctor to try and induce my labor by using certain methods, such as evening primrose oil, walking, nipple stimulation, and sex, as well as a few other things, according to her my baby is not getting the nutrients it needs from the placenta and would do better feeding on my breast milk.

The baby is fine though, fluids surrounding the baby are good, he moves constantly, heart beat is awesome, so on and so forth. He's about six pounds according to the ultrasound.

I lost my mucus plug on the 23rd.

I'm having very slight contractions, barely noticeable.

And I am 2 to 3 cinimeters dilated.

Spicy Pizza and iducing labor?
Some say that spicy foods can kick you into labor...but I think if you are ready to go, you will go...



Sexual intercourse helps ripen the cervix and ready you for labor...

Reply:I don't know about spicy pizza, my doctor told me to eat egg plant parmasean. I can't say that this is what brought my labor on but it's what he suggested and the next day I was going to the hospital. Your baby will probably be the same weight that he is now, give or take a few ounces.
Reply:Yes spicy foods work for heartburn... and if it's bad enough it might just make you go into labor. lol. NO spicy foods don't work. They might get your baby kickin and your bowels movin though. Try walking
Reply:I have heard that spicy foods may induce labor. Ive also heard seafood. ( Not to mention sex) When youre that far along I would try anything! LOL
Reply:Supposedly spicy foods work, but in my opinion nothings going to work better than sex!
Reply:Defiantly keep on walking that's what they tell you to do in the hospital you may have to walk for a while but it usually seems to work but the sex couldn't hurt either ~~ Good luck :)
Reply:they say eating spicy foods works also try to have sex then go walking or go walking and then have sex that may also help and try to do some squats when you feel the small contractions that worked for my sister

Well I don't believe anything but natural causes by the baby will induce labour...

I'd say to just walk walk walk and maybe some sex and make sure that he finishes inside you as sperm will cause the cervix to open some more.



So just keep walking and having sex and that should do the trick.
