or Evening Primrose OIl for PMS symptoms? I've been getting them really bad in the past year or so and it really effects my relationship and mental health when that time comes around so i was just needing some feedback.
Chicks only! Has anyone had any luck taking St John's Wort?
st johns wart helps the mood swings for me. it does help for depression as stated above but i found it helped my p.m.s. as well!
black cohash helps the abrubt body temp changes
try them for a full month and see if you notice any change for the better
on the other hand if you notice any changes that aren't good stop taking them!!
Reply:I have had terrible PMS for years! I asked my dr. about it, but he didn't know of anything natural. He wanted to prescribe anti-depressants for me. St. John's Wort helped my PMS blues within two weeks of use! It says it is most helpful for mild depression and it sure did the trick for me! Report It
Reply:St Johns Wort is for depression not PMS. The evening primrose oil would be worth a try though.
