Can Evening Primrose Oil, Chasteberry and Red Clover be taken together? And, if so, in what quantities? TIA?

Yes, they can be used together but how are you using them? If you are taking standardized capsules, then you really have to treat them as "drugs" that CAN have side effects. If that is the way you are taking them, be sure to follow the dosing directions on the bottle. I very rarely recommend standardized dosing because they don't seem to work as well and they have a tendency to have side effects. In my herbal practice I use whole herbs. They work better and have few if any side effects. The whole plant works together to give the desired effect. When certain photochemical are removed and concentrated (the "active" ingredient) the other plant constituents are not there and 99.9% of the time, there is some other part that needs to be present in order for the plant to be healing. FYI if the Primrose is in essential oil form, DO NOT take that internally and you probably will want to dilute it in a carrier oil like olive, grapeseed, or jojoba oil to apply it topically. Good Luck!!

i know chaste tree berry and epo can cos they complement each other but not sure about the red clover. it would depend what you are taking it for too i guess. you might wanna keep your numbers down as you test whether each one is working.
