Is Evening Primrose Oil Good for PMT/PMS??

I've heard it's really good, but not sure whether to take it?? What does it do?? How does it work??

I've found it to be very helpful. For me it relieves anxiety very well. I'm not waking up in the middle of the night worrying about stupid stuff. I'm alot less agitated. I usually do that alot near my period. I take one every day and can tell if I skip 3-4 days.



If you take it in the proper dosage, it cant hurt you to try it for a few weeks and see if you notice any changes.
