how did you use it and did you use any other natural herbs while pregnant
Did you use raspberry leaf tea, evening primrose ....?
I used the tea with my last pregnancy but went 2 weeks late... sorry. I am using both tea and EPO this pregnancy, I am not sure how I am doing yet though....As for the tea I have heard to do 3 tea bags per cup because it will have little to no effect unless it is strong. I do EPO 3x a day 500 mg.... and 2 pills worth inserted at night.... I will be darned if I am going 2 weeks over again.... EPO I have heard is the safest of all the herbal inductions becuase it only causes the cervix to efface... it will not cause you to dilate at all.
Reply:don't use in pregnancy! can cause miscarriage!
Reply:uh, i thought herbs were off limits during pregnancy?
Reply:Which teas are not safe?
Many of the herbs used for teas, when taken in large or medicinal amounts, can potentially stimulate the uterus and induce miscarriage. These include anise, catnip, chamomile, comfrey, ephedra (called ma huang in traditional Chinese medicine), European mistletoe, hibiscus, horehound, Labrador, lemongrass, licorice root, mugwort, pennyroyal, RASPBERRY LEAF, rosemary, sage, sassafras, stinging nettle leaf, vetiver, and yarrow.
