It's not going to affect contraceptive pill (microgynon30) is it? A sales person said 'no' but she was kind of bussy too. I just want to make sure.
Cod liver oil %26amp; Evening primrose oil 1000mg from Holland and Barrett?
i work for holland and barrett - the sales person would have been disaplined by me for being too busy for a customer.
epo and clo are ok with the pill, both will complement womens problems well. for pms though try taking a 1300 dose epo as it regulates hormones better. the clo is good at helping prevent ostioperosis which is more common in women
Reply:Neither of those supplements will adversely effect contraceptive pills. Not to worry.
Reply:No it won't interfere, they are food supplements not chemicals.
Reply:Cod Liver Oil and Evening Primrose Oil do not affect the contraceptive pill at all. I used to take both supplements when I was on the pill and had no problems whatsoever.
Reply:No it won't affect the contraceptive pill. It would tell you on the packaging anyway. If you're not happy with that, phone Holland %26amp; Barrett and ask.
