i am pregnant and want to take primrose oil.....how much should i take? also does it really work?

if you are pretty close in being due you can take up to 5 pills a day orally and you can take some vaginally.. yes it really does soften your cervix which can help you dilate. it works faster if you poke a whole in it and rub around your cervix
