Primrose oil And Pitocin?
Pitocin is what they give you at the hospital to induce you and cannot be bought in any store. It is given through your IV and should only be administered in a hospital where you can be monitored. You shouldn't try to force your baby out. He/she will come on their own time and terms. Just relax, get a lot of rest, pack your bag, tie up your odds and ends, get the rest of the baby's stuff ready and SLEEP. You won't be able to do much of this once your baby comes so take advantage of it now. Once you have your baby you'll miss being pregnant. Good LucK!
Reply:Pitocin is an IV drug that the HOSPITAL will give you to induce the labor. If your waters have broken, you have to go to the hospital- there are risks of infection if you wait too long.
Reply:As far as I know Pitocin is only availabe through the doctor, but I could be wrong.

Primrose oil you can get at walmart, health food stores or herb stores
Reply:Pitocin is given by IV at the hospital to induce labor. Most doctors will not go to this length unless you are past due. The primrose oil should help. Breast stimulation and sex are other options that might help. Both breast stimulation and sex will cause contractions and help to soften your cervix.
