If you are using it for the purpose of inducing labor it's really not a good idea. For the most part there is no safe way to induce labor, unless you are doing it under the supervision of your doctor or midwife. Baby will come when he/she is ready.
If you are using it for other purposes, it is available at most drugstores.

Reply:Usually at any health food store. I'll assume you're trying to induce yourself? Just make sure that you're not doing this too early as you don't want to try this and have complications. There are many con's against self-induction, so just make sure that you're comfortable with whatever methods you're using and you know any side effects that you may have/get. I've seen a few women have a normal pregnancy they were impatient with turn bad when they self induced. On the other hand, I've seen them work well and everything go smoothly. Research everything and ask your Dr. with any concerns.
