Vitamin B or Evening Primrose for PMS/mood/bloat?

i get very moody and bloated, and i've heard these capsules can ease PMS.



am i better off buying Vitamin b-6 or Evening Primrose for these problems?

I have never used Evening Primrose Oil because it has a risk that could affect my health. I do take B6 as part of a bottle of B Complex and found that to be helpful for the mood issues with PMS. You can also find B6 in a bottle by itself at places like Wal-Mart.



I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
