Evening Primrose Oil?

I have been hearing about evening primrose oil and I am interested in taking it. What does evening primrose oil do for a woman? Can a woman who takes birth control pills also take evening primrose oil or will the two interact? What have been your experiences with evening primrose oil? Is there anything else I should know? Reply:I love primrose oil!!! It makes you very relaxed and calm. And its good for you. Im taking it right now to try and soften my cervix because im pregnant...i heard it helps for that as well. But yeah, if your having a stressful day...or cant sleep at night it works wonders!
