Evening Primrose Oil side effect??

I have been taking evening primrose oil for almost 2 weeks, I have had a headache for a few days and oily skin... is it related??

I have been taking it for 12 years and no side affects. The only reason not to take evening primrose oil, if you have epilepsy. What was the reason for taking it? EPO helps regulate the hormones, so good for PMS, it is also a natural anti-inflammatory. Likewise how much are you taking? Good Luck

Reply:i have been taking it since october of last year and it has helped with my periods.. i haven't had headaches and i don't think the oil is to blame.
