MY seven month old staffie had demedex mights at the age of 3months through to 5 months most of her hair has grown back and at the vet all her skin scapings are negative so the mights have gone and she is not scratching but on the underside of her neck and cheeks the hair is finding it hard to grow back. I have just started putting evening primrose oil in her diet ( she is on royal canin puppy formula for skin and digest dry food with chicken necks) and washing her with a tea tree oil dog shampoo and oat meal conditioner any other ideas
My staffies fur hasnt fully recovered from mites how do i help her hair grow back?
I would recommend a supplement such as Fresh Factors.

It will boost her immune system, and really improve her coat. If you read the testimonials, they are genuine.
Reply:California Natural Skin and Coat Supplement. It works wonders. Really, you'll be pleased.
www.naturapet.com for where to buy it near you.
www.arknaturals.com is a website that sells natural, herbal remedies that work well.
Keep in mind, there may be scars. All the fur may never grow back. It's rare, usually, it all comes in fine.
Good luck
Reply:The hair might not come back like it was or it normally would. There will be scar tissue likely, especially since she had mange for 2 months.
I wouldn't over bath her.. Tea tree oil can be a little hard on them. I would put 1 tsp of applecider vinegar in her drinking water.. each and every bowl.. Get the Braggs from your healthfood store..
Also mix up a pail of water 50/50 water / the applecider vinegar. Get a cloth and wipe her down with the mixture once a week.. It's going to help her skin get back to proper ph and get her healing up and get what hair will come back, to come back. Might help some with the scar tissue as well...
Omega 3 oil in the diet.. Would also give her some plain yogurt daily.. The kind with the 2 live bacterial cultures.. Good health starts in the guts, Keep the system clean and ph'd and things'll come around.
