i just bought this today. it helps increase the quality and the amount of fertile cervical mucus around the time of ovulation. you need to take btwn 1,500-3,000 mg of it a day from the first day of your period up until the time you ovulate. taking it beyond ovulation will cause uterine contractions making it difficult for implantation. so if you are fertile it does help if you are lacking in mucus or if you have dry, thick mucus.

Reply:I took 1500mg of EPO this month up until ovulation and I think it worked fine! I had lots more CM during ovulation and it made it really easy to tell when I was O'ing.
It couldnt hurt to try it out!
