I feel very tired 1-2 weeks before my period. i tried evening primrose(for a long period of time) n it didnt work. anyone knows anything that does?
How do i get rid of tiredness before my period?
Try B-100's ... you may be low on vitamin B... I found that helped my PMS better than the evening primrose.
Reply:I use Midol 5 days before my peirod than durning my peirod.
Reply:I'd try eating a little better and getting on some vitamins when I know its getting around that time. Its not uncommon for your period to make you tired, the same happens to me when I'm on my period, don't want to do anything but lay in bed.
Reply:Increase your iron intake. Romaine lettuce, spinach, and red meats. Have yourself tested for anemia, that can cause you to be tired.
Reply:Eat more fresh fruits and veggies. If you eat more of these than any other foods it will give you much energy. Cut out any fried foods and just eat an apple! It may help. Good luck.
