i usually took evening primrose oil and multivitamins.is that enough for me or is there any other supplements that could help me maintain my energy and health. i kinda get sleepy and tired during the day. i tried gingko once but it only make me more sleepy.

You can try energy pills or drinks, also a lot of starch and fibers. Starch and gives people lots of of energy and it's all natural.
Reply:I don't usually like people that answers these questions by right away assuming you have a medical condition and telling you to go see the doctor........... but........... I have hypothyroidism and it causes me to be very tired. The only reason I'm mentioning this is because that it is very common in women (1 in 4) and its also very common to be overlooked.
Google hypothyroidism and see if you have the other symptoms... it can't hurt to learn a little bit.
My other suggestion is that I take my multivitamin at lunch time instead of breakfast and it has realy helped me not get so tired at the end of the day. Good luck!

Reply:I don't think energy drinks will help. Try getting a little more rest at night. You could also try eating some healthier foods in bigger quantities, cut out sweets and soda, and drink tons of water. Some light exercise could also help. If you have poor eating habits that's what could be causing you to crash during the day. If you are a healthy eater and active person you could talk to the Dr. You could have a vitamin deficiency or a hormonal imbalance. Good luck
