how many mg of evening primrose oil do i take if wanting to help soften cervix while pregnant? and how many times a day?
Evening primrose oil?
take 3 pills by mouth and insert 3 pills into the vagina as close as you can to the cervix, put a pad on your under wear and lay down so it can work on the cervix try to lay down for an hour or so and do this only take them orally 1 time a day but insert them into the vagina up to 4 times a day and i suggest doing definately right before bed this way they can stay in there till you wake up!! good luck!!
