I know that EPO has some effects on our hormonal balance, so would this interfere what the Pill is already doing?
Can evening primrose oil be taken when i'm on the pill?
Well, one side effect of Evening Primrose Oil is that it can increase your cervical fluid. (I've been on it for a few months for this very purpose.)
The more cervical fluid you have, the easier it is for sperm to make that little journey to your egg. Now, on the pill, that theoretically shouldn't be a problem. But it's still worthwhile to know that EPO is making it a touch easier for the sperm if you miss a day or two on the pill.
