Im a20 yr old girl and my hair is falling out..?
What pill? Birth Control. You need to check your meds bc you may be having a bad reaction. Growing up I would use Sun In, then after 18 I used it once, and my hair felt like it was falling out for 2 months.

If you got to the vitamin store, get Biotin. It is the ingredient used in Prenatal Vitamins to give you healthy hair. Your skin and nails will also benefit.
Reply:this is happening with me to, but I'm not on the pill... I'm a boy. I had a blood test and the results came back negative. My hands aren't shaking though. You may just be under a lot of stress lately and just need to take it easy, or the pill your taking may just be giving you a bad reaction to a drug that may be in it. The pills your taking to try to help balding may be causing a chemical reaction.. just making it worse... not better. Check with your doctor and tell him that your on birth control, he may switch you to a different pill.
Reply:Hormones, medicines, your environment, nutrition, etc; can all effect your hair. If you are having any baby hairs growing in, do not worry about it. You can use shampoos like nioxin, that stimulate your scalp, which in turn stimulates hair growth. you can get those only from a salon. If it is found in a store, it is not going to be the same concentration, and you will not have the same effects.

Good luck!!
Reply:Excessive hair loss or baldness is caused by various things.

Certain antidepressants can produce chemicals that trigger pattern baldness. An overabundance of certain vitamins such as B6, B12 or Iron and excess Testosterone levels (yes, woman have that hormone too). Stress can trigger auto-immune reactions too such as an operation, trauma, childbirth, car accident, contact with chemicals such as dyes or an allergic reaction to something in your environment.

See a dermatologist.
Reply:is your scalp too oily? some due to scalp too oily will drop hair..n do you often eat instant noodle? this also will cause this problem...or you use wrong hair shampoo..some shampoo tend to drop more hair...try to switch to other shampoo and try....do not apply conditioner on the scalp this will cause to loss more hair...
Reply:Is it possible you have alopecia?
Reply:if its tooo much hair then you probably do have some sort of problem. you should check with a doctor. but it is VERY normal when hair falls out.
