Treatment for asthma?

i would like to know what works for other asthma sufferers...as far as natural treatments.

i take evening primrose and fishoil and it seems to work .....i am trying to get off Advair.........i will always have albuteral as a quick fix.........but i would like to havesome natural long term remedies

Treatment for asthma?
As far as natural treatment is concerned, there can be nothing better than Yoga for any ailment. If it is possible for you to discuss your problem with a good Yoga instructor, you might arrive at a long term solution. Do also keep in mind that there are a number of instructors, who claim to be experts!

Cheers!

Reply:Asthma is heavily environement related and many times related to reactions to things your body takes in (this includes air toxins, food, etc...)

I suggest changing your environment s couple of times and you'll know if it is external/environment, maybe change your nutrition intake to see if it is an allergy?

I have found that some nutitional suppliments seem to have a good effect on sufferers of asthma...
Reply:Perhaps a search for asthma + "natural remedies" might be of interest.
