I have very sore, sensitive breasts every month before I start my period, and I'm looking for a natural, vegan solution for it. My doctor suggested evening primrose oil, but I have yet to find it in gelatin-free geltabs or softgels. Any help is appreciated. TIA

Reply:Things high in iron usually ease the pain.
Try chickpeas, lentils, tofu, or spinach...you should make sure these are strong in your diet all the time, you dont want your iron levels to drop to anemic.
When my iron levels were at best, no pain, ever, didnt notice, was so amazing.
