I asked a question while back and I was adviced to take one of these. Which one os the best? are they both the same? do they do the same thing? Which would you suggest to take? does any of them have any extra properties to the other?

I think it would really depend on why you want to take this supplement.
I suggest finding a herbologist or someone who practices holistic medicine in your area. They would be THE BEST people to ask. Who knows, they might have an even better suggestion.
