Apple cider vinegar and vitamins?

Does apple cider vinegar affect the fact that I take vitamins? Does it dimish the effectiveness? In the mornng, I take prenatal vitamins (i'm not preg), calcium, zinc, b vitmins, and evening primrose oil. Then I drink some diluted apple cider vinegar. Does the vinegar affect anything?

Apple cider vinegar and vitamins?
Apple Cider Vinegar is a very good cleanser. In general, it won't purge all of the nutrients you ingest by any means, but it might eliminate some of them a little quicker. If you want to play it on the safe side, I would take the Apple Cider Vinegar a couple hours after you take your supplements... that way, it should purge next to none of the nutrients in your supplements.
Reply:No, you should not worry at all.
