My dear you have what they call bed pan pills.

I see no EZYMES here. with out them your pills are not desolving. so that your body can digest them instead they are probably, more than half are just passing threw!!

This is what is call vitiman poor.

Do you know at the sanitation plants they have mountain of vitiman pill that just passed threw.

when the body has perfect health it need little vitimans what your body need is a clean digestive system. Would you drink the water that comes out of your facut if we didn't have a sanitation plant to clean the water.??

Your body is no different.

Want more answer you have my email our body were meant to heal itself, but all the junk put in to food these days are causing more and more diseases to our bodys.
Reply:Hi Harmonie, from your list it is obvious that you are making an honest effort at improving how you feel and your overall health. I don't believe you are over doing it, but lacking in some ways.

When I first started out trying to recover from Rheumatoid Arthritis I looked to vitamins and herbs getting advise from the health food store and had a list similar to yours. Sadly I didn't get the relief I was looking for and over time I started to question myself. My not being a scientist, how can I know the proper combination of things to take to ensure that my body can utilize what I am taking most efficiently.

Eventually I did find a company that produced a quality supplement, and following the advise of the health advisor I found some relief but was taking 21 pills per day.......YUCK

I learned of a liquid product that made claims to do all of what these pills were doing for me plus more. I believed it was a hoax but was given the opportunity to try it out. Much to my surprise the stories I was told came true and I've come to realize that despite all my efforts I never was able to combine everything I need together as well as nature can do for us.

The benefit, I believe of using a product based on plants is the fact that we are recieving the live enzymes to assist our digestion on a daily basis......but again, I am not a scientist I can only surmise from my own experience.

Over time I became so excited by my improvement that I was motivated to improve my diet and help my body deal more efficiently with stress. The results are amazing and I share my story and all I've learned with others at http://www.livingwithrheumatoidarthritis...
Reply:Not at all. With the supplements that you are taking you should be much better off healthwise than without.
Reply:I think you are ok with that. However, and I'm not just saying so because I'm an expert, getting your vitamin requirements from natural sources is a much better way of living your life. Vitamins are beneficial, but your body absorbing vitamins from tablets and "ready to eat" meals is negligible, or at least argumentative. Get a juicer and learn how to juice. It is SO much better than popping pills. It really provides a perfect delivery system for vitamins and nutrient dense calories. :-)
