Eve primrose oil...?

Hi, i am ttc with pcos, i get terrible pms and also used to suffer from eczema before but now with stress it has come back , i took E P Oil before for my skin and also for my mood swings but is ok to take when TTC\?? on the packet it says consult your doctor but does anyone here know, or take it??

I cant see any reason why it could cause harm but better to check....

Eve primrose oil...?
I've actually read before that EPO can help you to conceive - something about it creating a more "fertile quality" cervical fluid.

I also know women who've used EPO during pregnancy. If you actually rub the oil on your perineum, it's supposed to help it be more pliable during labor (and less likely to tear). I've also heard of midwives rubbing it directly on the cervix to help dilation.

I've also heard of EPO as a natural induction method, when used during the last 4 weeks of prenancy.
Reply:I know they say you can take it later in pregnancy and it will induce labor, so I'd be careful.
Reply:I really don't know but I'm here just to say, it's better to check with doctor before you take any risk. It's not only you but your baby, too now.

Congratulation for the new cuty baby!!!
Reply:Erm....I would think that it is ok to take when you feel PMS-y symptoms building up and if, instead, you find you are pregnant you can just stop and so wouldn't have had much in your system. That early on it is unlikely to be bad or cause any harm.
Reply:yes Its every safe to take TTC! It also helps!! Check out this link for more herbs that are help full!!
Reply:I think you take that when you are pregnant to soften the cervix?
